Philly are somewhat of a yardstick.
They've beaten Boston 3 times, beaten Milwaukee, beaten Toronto, beaten Miami, beaten Denver, beaten the Lakers....

Vegas has it as a pick 'em, which is high praise for the Clippers considering Philly is 24-2 at home

But it looks favored for zu tonight. Match up dependent. I don't see Zu playing the fourth, obviously but I think he will bet extended mins in the second or third.

NB: Clips last played the Sixers 1/1/19, before Zubac was traded here

in that game, Trezz had 20 points and 10 rebounds in only 21 minutes himself

I agree with eagle. This is a huge test for Zu if he locks down embid or at least slows him down, he'll begin to earn more of doc's trust. He has to play sound defense.

IDK, I think the lineup change is a smart move for them. As much as it sucks with his contract, Horford has to come off the bench to be effective on the Sixers as presently constructed. And Korkmaz has played really well for them lately.

Sixers fans booing Embiid is ridiculous. There's things you can criticize him for, but he's also been stuck with suboptimal roster construction and all his favorite teammates have left the Sixers.

Zu has been making a huge impact early on. This would be the perfect time for him to have a big game: national TV, east coast timeslot, and then the media can finally stop pretending we don't have a rim protector.
