I'd have to go with Schroder. I've been really impressed with his numbers this season, especially since he shares the floor with SGA and CP quite a lot.

Should be Harrell and it isn't even close.
Here are the reasons:
1. Harrell has better numbers in less minutes per game (
2. Offensive/Defensive Rating is -4 for Schröder and a +12 for Harrell
3. Harrell has a Value over Replacement of 2.2 while Schröder is 1.0
4. Harrell's Win Share is double that of Schröder.

Most importantly though Harrell has done it while 3 of our starting 5 have played in no more then 51 games. OKC has 4 starters that have started in 58 of their 63 game. Schröder hasn't had to carry that team in the same way Harrell does.
