Kawhi starting to play. This is his team and they take their cues from him, especially with Bev and Trezz out. Time to stop effing around and ball.

Zu is an even bigger beast in the bubble than he already was pre-bubble.

Lots of gloating from the haters about his turnover last game. Will the same people give Big Zu credit for this game?

Great finish to this one, gotta keep ahead of Denver in those standings. Hopefully Portland can keep it up for the rest of the game.

Doncic has had a tough time against the Clippers defensive strategy for him, and this time they didn't send him to the line like 15 times.

great win for the team tonight. I'm not too worried aobut the standings anymore. I'm just going to enjoy the ride. Its more important for the team to get their rhythm than standings. Ther's no home court advantage in the bubble

I wasn't going to say anything but if you're going to get in my face, Dallas doesn't even have a real center except Bobi who was yanked after 6 minutes.

Zu had a very nice game. But as usual when the speed of the game goes turbo in the 4th quarter, the game starts to pass him by. Doc knows this so he yanked Zu at the 6:00 mark with a 2-point lead. With JaMychal at the 5--again, Dallas has no center--we won going away, outscoring the Mavs 23-10 the rest of the way.

So stick to your narrative but those are the facts. I'm not going to down our own boys. Zu looks better than at any time this year, perhaps partly from having a veteran mentor for the first time his career in Joakim Noah. Is Zu earning some 4th quarter minutes at last? Maybe. We'll see. I loved that block on Porzingas when we were only up 99-98. That was some prime time stuff.

I didn't name any names, but the fact that you rushed to respond makes it seem like you're telling on yourself. Especially with the excuse you've come up with to diminish Zu's performance.

Glad to get this win. The way Luka complains and whines I've grown to dislike him...

Oh please. You're insulting your own intelligence and everybody else's, lol. And you didn't respond to anything I actually wrote. Zu re-entered the game at 11-minute mark with the Clippers up by 5. He played 5 minutes and left with us only up by 2. Then with JaMychal at the 5, we outscored them by 13 and won going away.

Dallas has no real NBA centers.

I thought Zu played very well today. I said so. Duh, it's obvious. PG and even Kawhi had to sit through question after question about how wonderful Zu was. That will be the media "hot take" tomorrow in every paper and website. Herd mentality. They had their story written BEFORE the press conference, lol. They're such a joke.

But Dallas has no center. Zu plowed through with no resistance. Come back and gloat Saturday. Portland has 2 real NBA centers, Nurkic and Whiteside. If Zu does half as well as he did today, you won't have to come douchebagging me with "I didn't name any names" BS.

You got that right, bro. "Lots of gloating from the haters about his turnover last game. Will the same people give Big Zu credit for this game?"

Gloating indeed.

I'm glad we won and Nuggets lost. Even though there is no home court advantage in this bubble. Playing Dallas in the first round rather than a match up with Utah or Houston is to our advantage.

Some strange posts here. Writting an essay as how Dallas lacks centers instead of praising our young man for a great game. :-?

I hope Houston ends fourth or fifth,so the Lakers play them. If they survive Portland ofcourse. :P

You're new around here, my Croatian friend. I wasn't going to say anything until somebody got in my face trying to settle an old score, lol. As for Zubac's progress, we'll know more after the Portland game.

And many are saying we get the better deal at #2 getting Dallas who are pretty much locked in at #7. The Lakers will get a hotter team whoever gets the 8--maybe Portland, who has Nurkic back and kicking ass @ 22 ppg, 11 rpg, and 3 blocks a game.

I think Kawhi is done fooling around. We know he paces himself but he came to win today. Gotta lock up the #2.
