George doing a good job stepping up and creating some offense

I'm surprised people still get worked up over leads coming and going in the NBA. If the Clippers were playing a trash team, I could understand, but it's the Lakers. If the Clippers are capable of going up 20 on the Lakers, the Lakers are capable of cutting the lead back down.

They were never together long enough to "develop bad habits." Whatever bad habits they had, they already had. This is a new team once again.

All I ask is that they play hard and forget that "magical thinking" that they can go out there and out-talent or out-class ANYbody. This team is no more special than any other of the top 10 teams in the NBA.

Gonna have to work for it.

Patterson does not seem promising, but Morris will hopefully be back soon which should take away his minutes.

I liked what Batum did there, Leonard wanted the iso on Harrell, but he directed him and forced the switch to get him on a smaller defender. That's the kind of smart ball handler play that the team needs.

Only one game but I like how this team responded after blowing the big lead. They didn’t give up, dug in, and took control again.

Had no sense of what Batum would be able to bring at this point, but I'm encouraged. Mistake-free "blender".

Get our Morris back in the rotation and make sure Reggie and Pat Pat never play again, it could be real nice.
