Noon instead of 12:30. Sure, why not?

WAKE UP CLIPPERS. This isn't even a trap game. This is GAME ON

The Sacramento Kings have been in great shape lately as they’ve won six of their past seven games and they will be gunning for a season-high fourth straight victory after last night’s 119-114 home win over the Nuggets. Harrison Barnes led the team with 28 points on 10 of 16 shooting, De’Aaron Fox added 24 points with five assists, Tyrese Haliburton scored 23 points while Richaun Holmes chipped in with 21 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks. As a team, the Kings shot 48 percent from the field and 14 of 35 from the 3-point line as they escaped on free throws despite allowing the Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic to pour in a career-high 50 points. Four players scored at least 21 points to make up for horrible shooting night from Buddy Hield who finished with just five points on one of 11 shooting.

Early weekend game + a team full of scoring guards we can't defend. What could possibly go wrong?

Since the Clippers beat them, they won 6/7 and beat Toronto (yea I know they've struggled early), Boston and Denver.

This is going to be a tough one with no PG or Beverley.

I'll take a loss at the cost of playing Lou. Lou is fools gold. Either trade him or waive him. But don't play him because I'd rather see the development of Mann and/or other scenarios than seeing Lou out there.

Lou might be fools gold, but the team needs as many wins as they can get.

As of right now, if the Clippers want to improve at PG via trade, we're probably going to be looking at the team trading Zubac, which at his contract, not sure how smart that is. For example with Charlotte something like Zubac for Graham and Biyombo. Gives Charlotte a starting C, removes their glut at guard and gives LAC a PG and an inferior backup C, but still one.

Basically a give some to get some, but then is it worth it, and how much would they plan to pay Graham in free agency?

the team shouldn't just throw away games. They should care about seeding because by the time the playoffs start fans may have returned in larger numbers and hence home court advantage may matter. Lou has many flaws but this is what the Clippers need him for- when they need to make up some points because a star is out. Yes, he may give up points on the defensive end, but he may get hot and save a game here and there

We're going to the playoffs without a real home court. Play in an arena without crowds. What difference is it making? Seeding? Maybe but if we continue this we will be stuck with Lou who's a disaster waiting to happen in the playoffs.

Fox's been on a roll. Reggie Webber is gonna have his hands full.

Why would playing Lou cause the team to be stuck with him? He doesn't have to be sat out in order to be tradeable. Not sure I'm understanding what you are trying to say here, might have missed what you mean.

What I learned about Ibaka this year is he's a mediocre finisher around the rim.

Ibaka needs to provide scoring. Missing those easy ones around the basket hurt. Might be a Zu game.

Lou has had some moments but he's been pretty crap otherwise. I don't see how this is showcasing. It's only diminishing his value

I just love multiple possessions where Leonard doesn’t even touch the ball.

Lou is a known quantity, a team that wants him isn't going to be concerned about his numbers.

The issue might be what people think he can bring back. It doesn't make a ton of sense that Lou will bring back a PG who is a better defender, can shoot and make high IQ plays. If he does, it won't be because of Lou's skills, but because of whatever assets the Clippers attach to Lou and he's just to match contracts, so his play makes no difference.

I don't know of a team with a player who is better at PG than Lou who would trade for Lou specifically for his skills. I would be interested to see some mentions, but I haven't thought of one yet.

Lou Will value is definitely in his expiring if the clippers are targeting a defensive upgrade. His value as a player might be if the team he’s traded to wants to trade him to another playoff team and are willing to take on assets the clippers don’t need
