How many times are we going to have to watch any remotely talented point guard embarrass this team before the front office wakes up?

I keep saying the clips need Frank ntilikina. I know he's not great, but we always get carved up by bench guards or quick guards. I thought Kris Dunn would've been great last offseason but he chose elsewhere. Frank is young, got a French buddy on the team, and can guard multiple positions, including point guard. With the rest of the personnell they are not going to easily outscore the likes of Brooklyn and or Portland. They should construct as good of a defensive team as possible, and at the top is defense on the perimeter.
