Buy-Out Market: Do we need to improve the roster? Can we?

Now that Point Guard issue is addressed, admittedly by potentially opening up bench scoring issues, is there any area we need to improve?
Drummond is still available, but I don't really think a Center is our most depressing need considering Zubac and Ibaka both perform well.
Austin Rivers just got waived, not interested in him personally to be honest. Would rather have Kennard and Reggie play the minutes at 2.
Otto Porter, Kelly Olynk and Avery Bradley are all buyout candidates, there is possibly more..
How do we spend that $2.6m?

Looks like were gonna lose again this year.
Its amazing tho, 2 out of the 3 teams I hated are most likely going to the finals.

no way. Not only we have a good chance, I can't believe people are so easily writing off teams like Jazz, Nuggets, Bucks and Heat.

Wonder if Dedmon has anything left?

Kings are on the brink. Wonder if they buy out Whiteside?

Would love Otto Porter if he’s bought out.

Porter or Whiteside would be fine additions with me if they were bought out. I might prefer Whiteside as either Morris or Batum could play some backup 3 if we need them to in the playoffs.

I thought the Clippers ran out of cap space due to Rondo's playoffs incentive in his contract?

I'm not sure if the Clippers can even sign anyone, I'll check the numbers, but if anyone knows, post the info

When they waived Fi I remember reading they’d have 14 days to sign someone to carry the league number of players.

This quote is from Frank yesterday.

To be fair, I still have few hope that the clippers will make it to the finals. I wont be surprised if Jazz and the Nuggets make it as they have a good roster also.

But in the east? Jesus christ. The Nets looks like a finals bound team unless injuries bite them.

Oh nice! Didn't know it was that much, so just have to find someone they can convince to come aboard

that quote kinda makes me think they've learned their lesson with harrell.

and honestly, i'm ok with it. it would have been bad for the team if they went out and got aldridge/drummond and either of the two decided to make noise not getting minutes. i mean, look at reggie earlier in the season and luke now: that they aren't causing issues is a pretty understated but very important factor.

Well lets see how Drummond plays when the lights are bright and the pressure is cranked up. He hasn't played in a meaningful game since god knows when

It's all there:

We've built a House of Cards. That we're VERY proud of. We put the blame on the winningest coach in Clipper history and the best two bench players of the last 5 years for last year's humiliation and we ran them out of town.

We KNOW what were doing:

We've committed sixty zilliondy dollars to Paul George for the next 6 years, for whom we ALSO traded our draft future away for the next 6 years because that's what Kawhi Leonard wanted. We think that's what Kawhi wants. Kawhi never says what Kawhi wants.
NObody actually knows what Kawhi wants. Not even Kawhi.

Actually, Kawhi signed a contract with us that says can leave here this summer with no strings attached if he doesn't believe in we've done here. On his behalf.

Look, our House of Cards is perfect--if all the cards keep standing. We don't even have room for the NBAs biggest big because we have no minutes to promise him because we have Ibaca Zubac so Drummond signed with the Lakers.

No room for any forwards because we have Marcus Morris signed as our 3rd highest-paid player. Plus we have Luke Kennard signed until 2040. And Nic Batum and Serge Ibaka signed until...what time is it?

But we have Patrick Beverley. We think we have Patrick Beverley. Although he's a point guard who can't play point guard and/or a shooting guard who can't get you even 10 points a game, he's a great defender although he always sees to be in foul trouble. When he's not injured.

But when Patrick Beverley is not injured or in foul trouble the Clippers are UNDEFEATED. LOOK IT UP.

And now we have the 35-year-old Rajon Rondo who has sucked donkey dick while taking most of the year off in the ATL. Relax, Clipper Nation. It may look like a House of Cards but don't let that fool you.

It really is a House of Cards. Pull one card out and pffffffffffffft. So we stay the course. Or else.

Relax. We KNOW what we're doing. Sort of.
