It makes perfect sense when you realize that Lue is Doc 2.0, with the same rigid nonsensical rotations.

Batum game would be huge

If Cousins can't get in this game then I guess that means he's not in our future plans

Of course, Cousins checks in and immediately sucks because Lue hasn't given him a chance to build any chemistry with the team yet, which will only confirm his bias to play Patterson more.

I'm still withholding judgement until the playoffs. I seem to recall him having a nice stretch of games right before the hiatus last season only to be a disaster in the bubble. That being said, he's been awesome lately.
