He might be done for the year. No way the team lets Cousins go. Him not getting minutes probably means his with the team til the end of the year and there's no rush to get him spot minutes just so he can "prove himself" like a normal 10 day signee. They're just taking their time with him

I don't see where Malik fitts. Zero playoff experience. Coffey or Patterson would get those minutes.

He's a guy for next season if he looks good in summer league. There's no G League or two-way deals left to stash him. Maybe they feel he's getting snatched up with a quickness if we let him go. Finding a diamond in the rough is one of the things this team has to look out for now since we gave up a ton of first rounders in the PG deal.
