Discuss.

Jazz hurting.
Suns got a tough part of their schedule coming up.
We have one against the Suns on Wednesday.

We some franchise that has had the #1 seed a whole bunch or something?
Let me know.

Picking up 2 or more games in ten isn’t easy

But...

New Orleans -W
Suns (must win, obviously) - W
Denver - tough
Toronto-W
fLakers-W
Knicks - L ( they are 9-1 in last 10, they might surprise)
Toronto -W
Charlotte- W
Houston- W
OKC-W

I see us 9-1 in final ten games.

Jazz could easily drop their games against Suns, Golden State, and Denver.

Suns could lose to Golden State, Nets, Clippers, Knicks , Hawks... they have a MUCH harder schedule than Jazz or Clippers.

I see us passing Suns to #2, Suns have to beat Jazz. Would love to see #1 seed, thinking it will be very close but we will go #2

Being in the opposite side of the bracket from the Lakers is more important than having home court against the Jazz IMO.

Not out of the realm of possibility that they get caught by Dallas. We do have a say in the outcome of one of their games btw.

Similar discussion here, would be tough

My post in there, things have changed now

Jazz: 42-15 (15 games)
Suns: 40-16 (16 games)
Clippers: 40-19 (13 games)

Clippers have the tie breaker vs Phoenix but not vs Utah.

If Clippers go 13-0, they would finish 53-19. Jazz only have to match to be higher seed. Jazz need to go 11-4. Suns would need to go 14-2. Likelihood of Clippers going 13-0 is low.

If Clippers go 10-3, very reasonable, they finish at 50-22. Jazz would need 8-7 to match, which would be really easy for them, even with Mitchell missing time. Suns would have to beat it, so they would need 11-5 which is very doable for them since it is lower than their current win percentage.

Because our priority is to make PG and Kawhi healthy for the playoffs. Were losing games bec Kawhi isnt back yet. Im not expecting the clips to get the first seed. Just dont go below 4th seed

Maybe one day in our team's history we will get the one seed.

It is not today. But maybe one day.

2 Pacific Division Titles
No CF Appearances.
No One seeds ever.

Let's stay not going after things our franchise has ever achieved.

I agree our health is most important as there doesn't seem to be much difference between #3 an #4. But I'd say we want to continue to play well enough to at least keep #3 to have some momentum going into the playoffs.
