Even with no Kawhi (though I have a feeling he will play), the Nuggets are so depleted right now this should be an easy win.. Right?

No. They’ve been playing great and Porter Jr. has been a legit star since Murray went out. It’s rarely ever an easy win when the other team has the best player on the court, let alone the presumptive MVP.

Jokic’s MVP campaign is just continuing. Murray being out will hurt them in the post-season, but the Nuggets are 11-3 since he got injured, and 8-1 in their last 9 games. Now, they haven’t played anyone “super tough”, but the Clippers with key rotation players out are in no way better than Denver roster wise, and Jokic is better than PG. Going to be a tough one, we’ll see what they can do here.

Good to have Leonard back though I’m not expecting much since he’s missed the last 9 of 10 games.

Lue said if Bev continues to progress as he has we’ll see him in the next couple games.

Glad we're getting people back for a few games to clean off the rust and get rotations and lineups better situated. The lineup part is more important this year; we've got better players in the second units and more flexibility to adjust starters.

And, yeah, the Nugs will be very tough. They probably are no longer a title contender without Murray ... probably. Still a deep, well coached team fighting for playoff seeding.

i know this is kawhi's first game back but that closing lineup for the last 3+ minutes of the 1st are the type to drive ppl crazy. u can't put pg with 4 non scorers against a very good team. T Mann, Rondo, Pat Pat, and Batum?! When the offense was struggling to score after the first 8 possessions or so? Get Luke in for shooting, and also Boogie.

Patterson is absolutely useless and his continued playing time is one of the many reasons why Lue is Doc 2.0.
