1. We are back to the traditional 82-game schedule. Guess that's what they want. At least it's spread out now.
2. The play-in tournament will now take up the second half of April.
3. Back-to-backs: 12 *14*

EDIT: Justin Russo to the corrections table rescue!

I’m pleasantly surprised they got that many televised games.

Then this is yikes.

The new arena can't get built fast enough. Staples is becoming unworkable for this team, it feels like we're screwed harder by the schedule every year now.

I shouldn’t be surprised by anything after the playoffs but yeah the new arena can’t get here soon enough.

Wow, that's ridiculous. But, the Clippers got screwed in last seasons playoffs with little to no rest, guess it makes sense that trend would continue. The Clippers should only play the rookies on the new years day game lol.

It gets worse the more I read. It would be tough with Leonard but without is going to be brutal.

Every one probably had their realization all ready but mine came last night when thinking about this schedule. In blowout games instead of Oturu, Patterson, Rondo, Coffey eating those garbage minutes it’ll be Johnson, Boston, Preston, Bledsoe, Winslow or some combination of them. That’s something at least.

Some games for the 2020-21 season were postponed due to COVID-19 outbreaks. I think next season there will be less of that, but if it happens to the Clippers, their schedule could be put out of whack.

Talk about five games in seven nights... What if there was a postponed game that was moved into the 5 in 7 schedule? There could be a scenario where Clippers would play six games in seven nights, or the return of the dreaded back-to-back-to-back. The last time there was a triple game date, which I think happened back in 2012 Lockout Season, Clippers lost all three games in a row to give them their first ever three-game losing streak of the season.

Definitely keep an eye out on the season. It's very possible the schedulers may do everything in their power to ensure Clippers miss the playoffs to suit the Kawhi Leonard injury narrative.

I think the front office should file some type of protest and request that at least 1 or 2 of those 5 in 7 be re-scheduled. The season doesn't start for 2 months.

Absolutely brutal. Looks like the youngsters will get some type of playing time this season as PG and a few others will have some load management
