Good question. Perhaps Powell would come off the bench and Morris would still start at the 4 so PG or Kawhi doesn't have to play much of the 4

i just don't see morris starting in any optimal lineup that includes kawhi with batum/covington fully healthy and available

and reggie's probably best served coming off the bench also, but i'm unsure if lue would actually be willing to potentially mess with reggie and marcus's roles.

like, i think zubac/covington/kawhi/paul george/powell is probably the best starting lineup we could have, i just dunno if he'd try it out.

Powell, George, Kawhi, Covington does seem like the best defensive lineup and offensively late game you'd just go PG13/Kawhi playing off each other anyway. And you can match up big or small with the 5th guy depending on the opponent's lineup.

Pelicans have won the season series 3-0 because they caught the Clippers off-guard.

Clippers lost the series because they failed to take Pelicans seriously. They have a chance to make up for it with a free game. But this is unlike other free games, this game is to secure the 8th seed. Win that, they're locked in. Lose it, they are sure to drop to 9th, and a meeting with Pelicans in play-in may be their fate.

pg's work with his left handed, um, handle

seems like it's really paying off. he's moving around more confidently, in traffic, and it doesn't seem like he's gonna cough it up half the time

PG is just steamrolling the Pelicans. They have no answers right now. You'd never know he missed most of the season from watching him, he's come back like he never missed a day.

I heard he is even comfortable taking lefty 3 pointers (in practice, not in games.)

One thing like can work on is getting comfortable taking somewhat contested 3’s. His release and accuracy are good enough.
