another ^%$#ing matinee at The Crypt
at least the poor fellows got 2 1/2 days off

but the BIG NEWS is...

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George fully participated in Clippers practice on Friday afternoon with their status for Saturday’s game against the Sacramento Kings to be determined. Luke Kennard also fully participated in Clippers practice, but will not be playing against the Kings. Norman Powell will not be participating in practice and will not be playing Saturday as well.

Just when Powell was getting into his rhythm. Hope he's back in the lineup soon.

Clippers have some really bad history with injuries.

It makes me wonder about their training staff.

It's almost like you can count on a guy getting injured if he plays hard and/or well in a game.

Then all bets are off in terms of when he returns- like Grant Hill missed half a season, Gallinari 2/3 of a season, Luc almost an entire season. It is usually mysterious injuries that should heal in like 2-3 weeks but turn into long-term problems for some reason.

Kings have been playing well lately and are today

but Boston-Diabate-RoCo-Wall-Batum is yet ANOTHER pickup team that barely knows each other's names

can't play D in the NBA with a bunch of strangers

shooting 28.6%

everybody is somewhere between minus-7 [Reggie] and minus-15 [Coffey]. Diabate is minus-13 in only 4 minutes!

total team suckage

just flush the first half and try to play them even in the second

mann and coffey trying to make things happen. that jam by mann might be the spark that starts the comeback!

not sure why diabete isn't getting more time, especially at this juncture. the rotations are lackadaisical and awful.
