This current team on a Sunday lunch special against a beaten down and desperate Memphis? We’ll
probably lose by 24

Memphis always has our number but this time we might have a chance. Their physicality & athleticism took a hit without Morant, Adams, Clarke and Tillman.

The Grizzlies are so bad right now, we might lose by single digits!

Any reason to expect different results?

Or it can be all three. My suggestion would be to start only Leonard, and surround him with role players, remind him of his Spurs days. Then bring one superstar off the bench at a time, staggering through SoCal. Harden-Leonard, Harden-George, Westbrook-George, Westbrook-Leonard.

If we lose today...I may have to take a break from this team.

This is a terrible plan and you won't win in the playoffs with that nonsense, but when did Kawhi only have role players around him in San Antonio? His weakest star teammate was Aldridge, lol

So unwatchable. Everything working before the trade is gone.

Don't let the disaster Harden trade distract you from the PG trade still being one of the worst in sports history. PG being "back on his bully ****" lasted about three games or so before he reverted to form.

PJ might actually be worse than Morris was.

Don't know how to play with each other, don't know roles, don't know whether to be aggressive or move the ball. Kawhi's comments about expecting some difficulty, but not expecting it to be as difficult as it's been mimics the feeling we have as fans. I didn't expect some smooth seamless transition, and I expected struggle, but I didn't expect the highest level of struggle, just moderate (eg: going about .500 for the first 10-15 games).

It's going to be an uphill battle. The aim right now could possibly be that Kawhi and George just be selfish and focus on scoring until they can all start to develop chemistry, so if they get the ball, go and look to score, don't worry about anyone else.
