Congrats Ty but truthfully nobody cares.

PG must be raring to go, although no need to push against the worst team in the league.

Just lock PG inside his hotel room until after the game. Don't really want him banging against Miami either, if I'm being honest.

If he's really feeling better by then, returning against Atlanta might help take some pressure off Kawhi and Harden on that B2B, since we don't want to push them too hard either. The Hawks might actually be the perfect opponent for PG to get back into rhythm on both ends.

As for Zu, his expected recovery lines up perfectly with the AS break. Assuming there are no setbacks, probably couldn't have asked for a better scenario if you had to lose a starter for over a month.

Actually, Pistons moved from worst team of the league to mediocre area lately. We need to put some effort to make this one quick..

I'd sit PG for at least one more game. Not taking Detroit and ATL lightly but this is the perfect time him to get 100% healthy instead of struggling or at worst re-aggravating sh*t and having to miss even more games when he could've simply gotten 100% fully healthy while we have the chance. I say this because Ty might have a new cheat code if we could get 25-30 points combined from Coffey and Boston who would fill in for an injured star.

-Unless PG is just going to play a few minutes tonight so he doesn't have to worry about the league's 65 game thing to be eligible to receive awards

I share everyone's concern about getting PG completely healthy, the only thing I can imagine is that the team and staff are just as much or more aware of this as well, and that PG is really ready to go.

after that 6-20 start, Russ is showing you don't relax against any opponent.

coffey continues to impress me a bit more and more every game. he just LOOKS like he's getting better on defense, bit by bit - whether it's due to improved footwork or smarter and smarter positioning. like, he just seems like he's always where he needs to be and he tracks and sticks with his guy really solidly.

Just outclassed 'em here in the 4th...

______________

ADD: 48% from 3 and 58 points in the paint tonight. That'll get 'er done.

136-125. The line was 11 1/2 lol. The Clippers' crap 3rd string [minus-7] just cost a lot of people some money.

Good thing I'm not in Vegas cussin out our G-Leaguers bigtime.

Besides the first quarter, pretty fun game to watch. It probably wouldn't mean much to him, but Russ should be in consideration for 6th man of the year, especially if they finish with the top record. I wish I had a count but this is one of at least five thus far where he completely changed the game. The whole bench played well. Bodgonovich(sp) could really help a contender. I think him and Gallo on the Knicks would be fun, just to give Brunson and Randle help.

I think real Clipper fans know not to bet on too big a spread for that exact reason lol.

T wolves just lost (another blown 4th qtr lead at home). We are tied with Min and OKC in the loss column. We just have less games played.

The Minny match-up coming up should allow us to pass them.

Miami just won 2nd straight game. Can't let them get momentum on Sunday. Too much at stake.

Wow, I didn't even tune in the Wolves game because it looked like it was in the bag. Got outscored 28-18 in the 4th. No way they hold up. Always were a gutless team and Gobert is not the cure. KAT is a dog.

Meanwhile, the Thunder just won by 20. Still, Shai [31 points] is their only real threat. In the playoffs you just double him and the rest can't really beat you. But Giddey and Dort are real NBA players and if Chet Holmgren's body hold up to the NBA grind, they're more than halfway there. With all those draft picks in the cupboard, Sam Presti [who's only 46!] is gonna pick out a Paul George-level talent and bundle them to get Shai an All-Star running mate. Then watch tf out.

Well, I NEVER bet against my own team and I like to have a little action on it if I'm in Vegas and gonna be watching anyway. So there's only one way I could go. :)

Dang, but how do those oddsmakers do it? Called it within half a point.

The most points in a season Kawhi has scored as a Clipper is 1543.

At a little past the halfway mark this year, he's already over 1000.
