Should be a win.. Bulls seem like an unpredictable team and have streaky, talented (though some flawed) playmakers.

Wouldn't be surprised if someone like Pat Williams has kind of a big night, either.

-----

Jalen Smith's first audition is this evening. Second will be 2/26 for the summer at this time.

Condition: even if it doesn't go well for him.. the campaign shall be retained for LAC until further notice.

Make sure Harden is out if everyone else is sitting out. Still this would be a good game to win since everyone in the west lost today.

What an absolute stinker. Burn the tape.

Why are we riding Harden like this?

Let the kids play now.

NBA really screwed the clippers with the rescheduling- there had to be a way to avoid 4/5 nights and 5/7. I’d rest the entire starting lineup against Boston as they will probably lose no matter what. Need to keep everyone healthy and assure a victory against Washington

The fire excuse is BS too. I see the Lakers playing B2Bs twice in the next month. Meanwhile the Clips have already played 2 in a row and have 3 more in the next month. Like WTF, they don't even share the same arena now. Why does the NBA continually screw LAC?!

No idea what you're talking about. We have no bigs. No backup 5, nor any 4s at all. The starting PF is 6'6" and he's meh.

Zu is all we got. Thank God he missed the game for a scratched cornea and not his back, a knee or ankle. I'm worried as hell about his 30+ mpg workload, the most in his career.

We have 2s and 3s up the butt. We need a backup PG, a real PF, and a 5 who can take Zu's minutes whether on the second unit or if he misses a game.

You know, I thought Andre Drummond was that man, but he's been ass behind the often unavailable Embiid. They're just not out there.

It really is a handicap in such a tight western conference

Kai Jones gives us great minutes. I honestly dont know why he was pulled. He should at least get major minutes when Zu sits and seems like Lue gave up on Mo Bamba

This is a game where we need someone not named Harden or Powell to step up. Surprisingly Mann and Bamba, 2 guys who usually doesn't contribute anything, both played well tonight. KPJ awful again and he simply cannot be counted on as our new Lou Williams. Sad to see Jordan Miller getting buried on the bench.

Backup 5 is what we need the most at the moment. I expect Ty Lue to keep playing KPJ as our backup PG the rest of the season.

Getting Time Lord will be huge.

KPJ is #2 in assists behind Beard per 100 possessions. Which is ass. More proof that Mann can't play the point. And unfortunately, Dunn hasn't either. Ty is flummoxed. That's why he keeps giving minutes to KPJ. KPJ looks like shhht but puts up numbers.

Lavine is having a great season. I think he gets somewhat of a bad rap- yes, he is overpaid, but he can definitely play at a very high level

Clips lacking a reliable back-up big was the downfall of the Lob City teams. Not getting Gortat in the deal when we traded Eric Bledsoe was criminal. Suns gave Gortat away to the Wiz after that.

Right now, Valanciunas would make a lot of sense. Would think we can give the Wiz a package that won't hurt us in the future. Surprised to hear Myles Turner in trade rumors, but he could be a viable target and fit us defensively.

Turner would be a godsend- he is very solid on both sides of the court

I am sure scheduling is very difficult because of the cascading effects. However, I don't think it will be that big of a deal.

The Wiz game is followed by at least one day off between games from Jan 23 -Feb 13 when we play the re-scheduled Utah game on a back to back. We have 4 road games during that stretch. The AS break is immediately after the Jazz game. After the break, the next 4 games are all in the CST and in the upper Midwest, so easy travel and time adjustment. Then, back to LA for 2 road games and then to Phoenix for one before a 3 game home stand. So, not a terrible stretch.

The reschedule gives the Hornets a 9 game road trip in Feb. Their Lakers game is the 1st game after the AS break. For the Lakers, the re-schedule gives them a 3 games in 3 night stretch that ends in Denver. Right after the AS break through mid March is a very difficult stretch for the Lakers.
