Last game before break! We've got 7 straight road games when we come back next week. Going into the break on a high note is a big deal.

Good thing Ballmer spent 2 billion dollars on our own arena so we don't have that horrible Grammy road trip anymore. :banghead:

Hope Simmons gets some minutes and we can see how his playmaking, defense, and size helps the bench. Pretty interesting debate on Gil's arena the other day. And everyone talking about Ben shooting, but it's not like Mann was letting it fly either. As long as he is having some kind of positive impact, that's all the team can ask for.

Ben has had a few nice games against Utah in the past, should be a decent tune up game on the Clips.

Should be a win. Utah will be high off the Lakers win last evening.

Let’s get this one, Rockets are losing big and we can make up another game on them.

Clippers are allergic to taking advantage of teams above them losing.

Utah can’t miss and Clippers can’t buy one.

Good close to the second. Down 6 but momentum has shifted.

Simmons defense on full display. Looks good. Attacking the basket. That passing man.

Bogi getting more comfortable too. Crafty moves.

Simmons 10pts, 5rbs, 5 as, 2stls

When you have a ball handler like Simmons who keeps the ball moving you really notice how much the ball is sticking with Harden.

Too many risky plays by Harden. They need to settle down and not be so reckless.

Ugly win but I think all of us are happy about Ben Simmon's debut. He did exactly what we needed from him. Honestly I would love to see Harden play more off the ball when Simmons is in the game.

Norm the people's All Star, Harden, and Ben Simmons was nice! Wish he had some type of jumper but his defense, rebounding, play making, and semi-running the offense will have Harden spending less energy. Lue did Zu dirty though. Can't bench a guy like that in the 4th with or without Simmons. When everyone was gassed I thought a few post ups for easy twos would've gotten us by in regulation instead of having to go into overtime. Still a badly needed win tho. Heading into all star break on a high note. We got some good pieces now. Can Ty figure it out?

Zubac was having a really rough game, so I can understand why Lue sat him

Great victory- very gritty performance. They never quit. Simmons looked really good.

Cardiac Clips at it again, but they grinded out the win. Two man show with Norm and Harden combining for 73 out of the team's 120 points. Harden is getting too old for this, clocking in a team high 49(!) minutes.

I'd say this was a successful debut by Simmons. Super efficient game with 12 points on 4-5 fgs, 7 rbs, 6 assists, not turnovers, 3 steals and a block. Can't ask for more than that.

Bogi didn't shoot well, but shooters need to shoot themselves out a slump... at least I think they do...

Zu was straight up garbabe tonight. That Flipkowski guy owned him all night. I was fine with benching him.

Had to come back again and liked the TO discrepancy 12-26. Really like what I saw from Simmons, if he can do that more often we should have a decent player to even put next to Kawhi. Nice to end on a win before the break, some rest and practice can do them some good.
