Better 3rd option: Reaves or Powell?

I made the mistake of listening to 710 on the way home from work today.
The host was interviewing Legler about teams that have a better 3rd option than the Lakers- they mentioned Boston, OKC, and Denver.
If Powell is the 3rd option, I think you would have to rank him higher considering the season he's had (before the injuries).
Surprised they didn't even discuss it at all- but I guess I shouldn't be as they always downplay the Clippers.

Chet- OKC. Can't even really compare them because Chet hasn't played as much. Past Chet there really is no legit 3rd guy overall.
Jrue Holiday- Boston. Overall? Not really this season it seems to me. Porzingis hasn't played enough but when healthy obviously is better.
Denver- MPJ .. arguable, maybe more impactful because of his size. Gotten better defensively. But for some teams Powell would be better fit.
Certainly can make a case for Powell over them all, or for what a team may need.

710 is ass. If they're not fellating the Lakers they're talking about what they had for breakfast or if Friends was better than the Big Bang Theory. A complete waste of electricity.

Norm is better than Austin as a 3rd option.
But Austin is the better first option imo
