A Sunday road semi-matinee. A trifecta of bad omens. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
Cavs have 59 wins already. Our club record is 57. The Clips have won 10 of their last 12 but the Cavs are 31-5 at home.
ADD: Never mind. Cavs started at -4, now favored by 11. What a shame, I was really up for this test. But the Clips have a road b2b vs Orlando on Monday
Hey. It's Coffey time.

Norm is officially back! Just need to stay within striking distance in the 2nd half.

Time to get ready for Orlando, perhaps.
Cleveland turning up the defense pretty well and Jarrett Allen playing big.. Zubac playing small tonight.

Yeah. They better take care of business tomorrow since they punted this game.
Team refuses to take advantage of holding on to that 6th seed.
Dunn told me to shush.

They tease you and then rip it from you.

It’s not the reason we lost but those Harden turnovers are killers.

We missed Kawhi's defense most of all. This is a 60-win team and I'm not going to expect to beat them at home with yet another makeshift rotation. Unfortunately, Norman and even ex-point guard Kris Dunn are just not much help out there for Beard, who really only had 5 turnovers and we had only 12 total, not a backbreaker. We put up 122 points.
There was a lot of pride out there today--we outscored them 34-22 in the 4th and gave 'em a scare. I just hope it didn't empty the tank for tomorrow's b2b in Orlando. Now THAT would suck.

Quite true- their defense was subpar most of the game.
Considering they needed to outscore the Cavs and the defense wasn't getting it done, I think Lue should have put Mills in for a little while to see if he could get hot. I know Dunn eventually made a few 3s, but his defense wasn't making up enough for his weak offense- teams basically don't guard him.

Well at least didn't get blown out.. decent effort loss on the road missing Kawhi.. odds were against this team
Good to see Bogdanovic, Powell have strong games.
Orlando game is pretty important. Kawhi usually plays strong in Orlando, should help out Powell and Harden enough. Needs to have another game like Brooklyn and NYK.

I have to say, I'm not that impressed with the Cavs. I think this season is more of an incredible coaching job by Kenny Atkinson than their team being anywhere near as good as their record.
I'd still love to know what made Kenny leave for a lateral move in GS after the WCF.

Game vibe I got was we can beat them fully healthy in a series. Celtics are the East team to beat. At this point Iam still thinking we get the sixth seed. If Kawhi was fully unleashed earlier we would be higher but keeping him protected is the only hope. Just stay out of play in.
