i hear the concerns. but, from the clippers perspective, i think these primary factors should make us feel better.
coaching competency is a big difference here: lue's by far the best coach this team's ever had, and one who doesn't just do more with less, he does more with more, and he's willing to make adjustments when necessary.
frank took away lue's most useless toys: team-imploding players with egos to manage don't exist on the roster anymore. there's no morris/westbrook/tucker to be overplayed.
this team's probably the most complete one we've ever had: everyone plays within their roles and despite some weirdness and blips in game 1, everyone does what they're supposed to. all we need is bogi to remember how to play and powell to prove he's fully back with another solid game.
of course, we still need to win that 3rd game first so i suppose it's one of those bridges to cross when the time comes.
