Almost 19 mins into the game and the Clips have yet to make a turnover. We need to put the ball in the hole though. 37-34 Nets with 5:16 to go.

Marcus Williams has been manning the point effectively for the Nets and Kidd has yet to step on the court in the 2nd quarter for the Nets. Cassell scoresoff of a 20 foot turnaround and it's a 3 point game. Kidd will play the final 2 minutes of the half.

My mistake. Kidd ended up not playing at all in the 2nd quarter. 45-42 Nets. Mobley and Maggette are playing solid basketball for the Clips and have scored 20 of our 42. Kaman has done more on the defensive end and has yet to really find a groove offensively. This is anybody's game. In the second half we need to be easy on the turnovers, box out and get good looks at the basket.

Marcus Williams is looking very good out there. We need to make sure that we keep the big 3 in check in the second half.

Both teams are doing pretty mediocre offensively. The Clippers and Nets need to take better shots. Whichever teams gets better looks may end up winning this game.

9:08 to go in the 3rd and the Nets are in the penalty. Clippers need to work the ball inside. 50-47 Clips.

New Jersey big men have been giving Kaman fits. Nice slam by Williams. Nets have scored 6 straight and the Clippers are down 55-58 halfway through the 3rd.

Bingo!!! Thornton with the 28 foot 3 point at the buzzer. We had 3.2 seconds when we inbounded in the back court. It looks like we should have had 4 or 5 because the clock kept running but his 3 makes that irrelevant now. 72-71 Nets heading into the 4th. Come on Clips!!

4:55 to go in the game and the Nets are up 4. Thornton has had some good plays offensively and has put up 15 points. Other than he and Mobley, the rest of the Clips have been quiet in the 4th.

Kaman with his career high 7th block. That was a huge stop. Thornton takes matters into his own hands and will go to the line to shoot 2 after being fouled by Sean Williams. He hits both. :clap:
