Just like MJ said...no 'Bron, Clips have a shot. I missed the game in Minnesota last night, but hopefully we can turn it around and steal one today!

It was non-televised, but it was for the best.

3:20 into the game and we have our first basket of the game scored with a running jumper in the paint by Thomas. 2-2.

Sam just picked up his 2nd foul. :nonono:

For the Clippers to win tonight, we only have one game plan.

-Sam, Cat, & Thomas all have to go for LARGE
-Rebound: limit Cleveland's o-boards and other opportunities to score.
-Defend: limit layups and other high percentage shots (FTs included)

So far, no good. Clips have 3 TOs and our PG spot (both Knight & Cassell) has 4 fouls (each with two). Drew Gooden has 2 o-boards already...5-4 Cavs with 7:40 left in the 1st.

Josh Powell has 6 of the Clippers 8 points. 5:50 in the quarter. Cavs lead 11-8.

Cavs already have 3 offensive rebounds. Z may have a field day. Josh Powell looking good so far picking up his 8th point.

2:14 remaining in the quarter and the Clips lead 20-16. Nice play so far from Mobley & Thomas who has had a couple of nice looks in the paint.

Thornton picks up his 2nd foul with 42.6 left in the quarter. Clippers are up 22-19.

1 quarter down and...we're winning?! Sweet. 23-19 Clippers.

23-19 Clippers after 1. After starting the game shooting 2-8 we have since shot 8-12. The problem is only 3 guys have scored (Mobley, Powell & Thomas). The other guys are going to have to get involved and soon. Cavs are struggling to find their shot coming up with only 6 out of 20. As the Clips got into foul trouble, Cleveland has been able to stay in the game with 10 first quarter attempts.

29-25 Cavs after going on a 10-2 run. 4 minutes into the 2nd and still yet to see a 4th Clipper score.

:nonono: Lebron should have sat this one out. Oh well I like the fact that Powell has gotten involved in these last few games. C'mon Thornton catch fire!!

Powell is looking better and better each game. I hope Thornton can stay out of foul trouble so he can find a groove.
