If true this is a good signing.

thanks for the news p2. i'm taking all boston globe "reports" with a grain of salt from now on but if true i think flip is a great fit. i've always been a fan of his offense until he came to detroit and seemed to fall off the map. that year when ray allen missed the first 25 games or so for seattle, flip was looking like a stud. hopefully he can recapture that deadly offense of his coming back out west without much pressure on him at all.

I agree. I thought he would have been fine for us if Cassell hadn't been bought out.

If this is the truly the case, then losing Sam will be easier to accept. Flip would be a nice addition: an athletic SG who can score. It's time to bring some excitement back to Clipper Nation!

RIP Sammy's Clip Career...Lord willing, he'll come back here to coach.... who knows?? I just don't wanna believe that the Nation has seen the last of Sam I Am.
But, FLIP MURRAY? For real?? Talk about someone I never thought I'd see in a Clipper uni...I'm pumped for this one!! Anybody know if he'll be in uniform on Friday in Denver?

I never thought that we'd sign Flip either. We do need offense and that's what Flip provides. I hope he's more like the Ronald from Seattle when he was tearing up the league.

It was false hope for us. I was thinking to myself who's the one that announced this news to us. Then I remembered it was P2

, our PG struggles will continue.

lol @ the boston media. between all the inaccurate cassell reports, this now with flip and even the 19-0 patriots book. they're starting to look worse than the new york media.

Sacramento released Tyronne Lue. Maybe we can pick him up for the rest of the season.
I'm not a big fan of him, but he's an okay player.
