Why don't you guys start cheering for the Lakers?

The Lakers are better than the Clippers and their fans are more humble and respectful. They have been a lot more successful. Maybe its cuz i dont live in Cali...but I honestly dont understand how you could live there without being a Lakers fan

Well I have to say Carlos because you don't live in California you may not totally understand. I'm not sure that Laker fans are more humble and respectful than Clipper fans. For example when I went to a Laker/Clipper game when the Lakers were the home team Laker fans were chanting "Clippers Suck". I've never heard Clipper fans say that about the Lakers, because I have also gone to Laker/Clippers game when the Clippers were the home team.
Just because one team is better doesn't mean that you have to been a fan of them. The Laker fans are what really turn me off from the Lakers. Most of them are casual and don't really have knowledge of the game. Also why do you really want to see the same team win over and over again.
I can ask you the same type of question Carlos, why don't you root for the Clippers?

THAT'S what I'm talkin about, Numba. You hit the nail on the head papi, laker fans are laker fans strictly for the title or the hype. Clipper fans-- we're a different breed, we gotta be tough to stick around, and I promise you NOBODY is a fan just for the title of "Clippers fan." The biggest difference between us and the other LA fans is that we have a legitimate knowledge of basketball...you kinda have to have that to be where we are. There are no "casual" Clippers fans, it's all or nothing.
