I'm really looking forward to this game. I hope that we can limit the amount of turnovers, because it was really sloppy in the first half against the Sonics. Fortunately they didn't really take advantage of it. I'd love to see EB, Al & Corey get some quality playing time together though.

Don't forget to keep voting for the Spirit.

That's important PT between the three of them too, b/c provided everything goes smoothly with contracts in the offseason, that's gonna be our big three right there. It was reassuring to see Corey and Al get their points with EB in the house too (and gettin' his!). It's a shame Kaman won't be able to join the party this season, I'd love to watch those four ball together. Next season....

With EB back our chances of beating the Kings are increased. We already won the season series but let's see if we can sweep them.

Nice game thread on the Kings board!

Anyways, I'm feeling another monster game from Thornton tonight. Hopefully we'll have a 2 game winning streak for the first time in a loooong time.

This is going to be a sloppy game. Clippers are on the offensive glass like it's no big deal.

10-9 Sac-town up with a little less than 6 minute left in the first.

12-9 Kings with 5:13 left in the first. 3-16 shooting for the Clippers. Like CD said, we're working offensive glass (6 boards) so the Kings haven't been able to totally exploit it yet. We have to turn it around though.

25-20 Clippers at the end of the 1st. Once EB came in things picked up. He already has 4 points and 4 boards. Dickau is continuing to play well.

Ralph Lawler just called Mikki Moore "good looking." Is this the beginning of the end for Ralphie Boy? I remember Chick Hearn calling Sam Cassell "the good-lookin' kid from Florida State," and it was all downhill from there for Chick.

Man, this is my two fav. teams. Shaun Livingston is one of my fav. players in the league, can't wait to see his return. Thornton playing out of his mind also has something to do with it.

This team is dangerous.

Clippers just blew a 3 on 1. At least the defender was one Ron Artest.

50-43 Kings at the half. Things kind of fell apart in the last minute and the Kings took advantage to extend the lead to 7. We had a 1 point lead up until that point. A couple of turnovers and some missed opportunities by us along with back to back 3's by Martin and strong play by the Kings have us where we are now. Maggette having a decent game, but he's got to hit those free-throws. Thornton has been struggling from the field, shooting 2-8. He's had some good looks around the basket that just didn't fall. Powell has been doing a great job on the boards but nothing is falling for him. He's missed 6 shots and has not converted when he has gone to the line. Clippers are going to have to regroup in the second half and limit the sloppy play and get good looks.

Its disappointing to see is blow the lead like this, but hopefully we can get it back in the second half. To put it simply, we just need to make more baskets. We're rebounding well and defending nicely, we just can't make a hoop.

Man we had a horrible second quarter. I saw that we were up and the next thing I knew we were trailing at the half, we need to pick it up.

This one looks to be slipping away. We've been outscored 15-4 in the 3rd so far. Kings just continuing to build on the momentum that they ended the 2nd quarter with.

I don't know what's going on with us. Judging by the box score it looks like we're playing pretty bad..............

Shots haven't been falling for us and when we have hit something the kings went right back up and matched us.

Nice to see EB get two blocks on Miller even though he did score on the 3rd attempt.
