Korolev is trying to find his way back to the NBA and has returned to Los Angeles where he hopes to prove himself worthy of being on someone's Summer League team.
After spending this past season getting sporadic playing time with the Russian professional team Dynamo Moscow, Yaroslav Korolev, the Clippers

Re: Las Vegas Summer League 2008 Schedule
Here's some roster news but it's not for us it's for the Mavs. 3 of their Summer League invites are former Clippers. Richie Frahm, Yaroslav Korolev and Jumpin' James Singleton will all be fighting for contracts and roster spots.

After hearing that Korolev was back in LA training, I thought there was a possibility that he'd end up on our SL team. The only player of interest out of the 3 that I have is obviously Singleton. I wish that we could get him but I'd still love to see him make it in this league. He's back from the injury and I could see Dallas showing strong interest in taking a chance on him.

Good news. I wonder what will happen with Guillermo Diaz and Jared Jordan this summer.

Noo! My boy J-Sing is making a comeback attempt? That's my guy. I'd love to see him back in the L. And CD, the Clips roster is yet to be announced I believe.

I don't think it has been released yet, but this is all you need to know...
Fazekas
Powell
Thornton
Gordon
Taylor (possibly Livingston?)
Can't wait to see EJ light it up!

It's great to hear that James is making a comeback, I'd love him to come back to our team. It is nice for him just to make it back into the league after his injury.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Re: Las Vegas Summer League 2008
I'm not sure who'll end up on the roster but atm it looks like it'll play out like:
VeryLikely:
C: Paul Davis/DeAndre Jordan
PF: Nick Fazekas
SF: Al Thornton
SG: Eric Gordon/Marcus Williams
PG: Mike Taylor
Probable:
Josh Powell
Possible:
Jamont Gordon
Davon Jefferson
Unlikely:
Shaun Livingston
I was really hoping that Shaun would be ready and able to play this summer, but since his participation in contact drills have been limited the chances of him going all out in 2 weeks is very slim. I still hope that he attends and is able to build a rapport with some of the new guys though.

Re: Las Vegas Summer League 2008
I'm interested to see what point guards will be on the roster. Too bad we won't have Kaman's funny post-game interviews to listen to this summer. Anyone remember after one game last summer Chris announced he hadn't worked out at all since the season had ended? I'm 99% sure Chris was joking, he's always messing with the media. Chris is the man.

MK looks like you beat me to posting the roster. It's always interesting to see who's on the roster.

I'm a little surprised to not see Davis (even though his option wasn't picked up) and Powell on the team.

No Powell surprises me as well.
Brandon Heath, wow, never thought I'd see him play on our SL team.
