I'd rather play out the contracts of Mobley and Thomas than make a deal like this. Both Randolph and Crawford have 3 years remaining on their contracts versus 2 years for Mobley and Thomas. The Clippers would need to put another player into the trade to make it work under the cap anyway.

No, i wouldn't as i want no part of Randolph or Crawford, who're both overpaid and wouldn't get us in Playoff contention.

When guys like Hinrich and Gordon are looking at 10 million per deals how is Crawford at 8.6 overpaid? He's got some holes in his game but he is getting paid right around his market value.

Crawford plays no defense and is best suited as being a 6th man in this league, just like Ben Gordon, bringing instant offense off the bench. That's just not enough to justify the money he's being paid.

I also never said anything about Hinrich and even though his contract isn't all that great, he still knows how to play defense and is a solid starter in this league. Unlike Crawford, he's also having a contract that is front loaded and therefore pays him less every year.

I'm thinking if nothing better works out for the clips either Randolph and Nate or Curry and Crawf for Thomas, Mobley and the rights to DeAndre Jordan.

^ The last thing we need with BD is Crawford, and on top of that a headcase in Robinson and Zach Randolph is...well Zach Randolph. Easy no from the Clipps.

^ I'm just referring to the fight he got into with Melo. I've heard he's not the best attitude guy on the team too, but if I'm wrong my fault.

Knick fan here, Nate does not have a bad attitude, he's just a really tough minded player who doesn't back down from anybody. He's the kind of guy that everybody else hates but his team's fans love. Personally, that is how I like my basketball players. Guys like Eddy Curry, Zach Randolph, and Stephon Marbury are the ones with attitude issues.

Got it...love to have those guys on your team. Thanks for clearing that up.

Just tell your fellow fans to stop with the Randolph to LAC ideas! :D
