Hey all, Jazz fan here.
Turns out the Jazz have brought in Yaroslav Korolev to play for our Summer League team.
Obviously, things didn't work out for you guys and Yaro, so what happened? And does he belong in the league. Most of you didn't seem to upset to see him go it seems, what's the deal with this kid?

Re: Yaroslav Korolev
He never got the chance to develop. Coaching staff never sent him down to the DLeague or overseas, so he sat on the bench and rarely got any PT. And because of that, we can't even break him down for you.

Re: Yaroslav Korolev
Korolev is the definition of a player blending in to a game. I don't remember him ever doing anything to hurt the team when he's on the floor. He just doesn't do anything it seems like. Whether it's in summer league or regular season, Korolev just seems to run up and down the floor and that's about it. He's about as aggressive as Antoine Walker. If a team works hard to develop him, Yarik MIGHT become a low-end rotation player.
I was hoping Korolev would make some improvements last night when we saw him play with the Mavericks against the Clippers, but he was his usual deer in headlights self. Missed a couple of long twos, did nothing else. He's up there as one of the worst lottery picks ever in draft history.
