Aren't you guys worried about Baron?

FIrst off Baron is a great player....BUT if the Clips don't win games he's going to cause havoc.

Secondly he is gonna be home and have many distractions in LA

Thirdly he flourished in Nelsons system, but what about Dunleavy? can he resist chucking up the 3's if the clips are down?

Baron is awesome but there are many other factors to make him not productive in LA

You seem to know your away around RealGM pretty well for somebody with a total of six posts. Baron can chuck 3's. Clippers have the league's 2nd best offensive rebounded in Camby and Kaman is working his way to an all-star game soon. Al Thornton and Eric Gordon will soon leave Baron Davis as the 3rd player at best on the Clippers roster. Those two scoring 20 a night might not make Baron as productive, but I have a feeling he'll behave himself anyway, especially now that he's playing in his home town.

He can chuck 3's alright hahaha If he's on Baron is a monster. If he's off then you'll be getting your moneys worth from Camby and Kaman, warriors never were a good rebounding team . I love Baron but i hated watching him leave my team. He'll always be one of my favorite players. Hope he does well for you guys.

A unmotivated Baron Davis is still better than any PG we've had in the past decade(minus Sammy). I'm not too worried to be honest.

Fishy hit the nail on the head. Baron is better than any point guard that we have had period. We had a point guard rotation of Brevin Knight, Dan Dickau and Smush Parker last season...it does not get any worse than that.

I'm not worried about him either.

When Baron starts talking to himself then things are gonna get crazy. When the warriors last season were losing during many occasions, when baron hits a couple shots and starts talking to himself then he is in straight take over mode. It's just an amazing thing to watch.

I think Clippers fans have made it clear that they don't care about your dislikes for Baron Davis' game and personality. You've gotten your point across, Lazy Panda. If Clippers fans or any non-trolls want to discuss this topic, they should do so. But as for you, LP; do not post any more put downs about Baron Davis on the Clippers board.

my dislikes? read the posts above...he is one of my favorite players why would i put him down. The only thing i am asking is that if you Clippers fans would worry about other things besides his game and persoanlity. Just wondering about some opinions. I love Baron i love his game so don't come out say i am putting him down. Like i said he is amazing to watch and how he controls the game is just crazy.

Stephen Jackson disagrees. He was the one who defended Dirk Nowitzki and frustrated him into choking. Stephen Jackson maybe was the biggest factor in that series.

Look, Baron is 29 years of age now. So i'm pretty sure there aren't any distractions that will keep him from concentrating on his job.
If he's concentrated, he'll help us win games and he'll be happy with that.
He also played in way more structured systems then the one Nelly plays, so there shouldn't be a problem with him adopting to Dunleavy.

All things considered, the only thing that worries me about Baron is his injury history, and nothing else.

Loot: Nobody cares if you have beef with a mod. If he sent you a PM, thats the way you should handle it. This garbage doesn't belong here.

If you've ever watched Baron Davis play you can see that he's a true basketball natural and loves to play. His mind is tougher than his body at times even though he's injury prone.

I agree with loot
Baron murdered the Mavs but half the credit should go to Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes for guarding Dirk and making him a non factor most of the series.

If you feel like getting your point across, maybe choose a thread title that doesn't have troll written all over it. And you're a new user. Did you create a RealGM account just to ask if Clippers fans are worried about Baron? Because that's what it looks like.

That whole team was psycho in that series (I mean that in a good way!)
