Seriously, you guys have a very talened team with Camby (defensive player of the year a couple times and All-star a couple of times), Baron Davis (all-Star), Kaman is a talented C/Pf, and Thorton is a good player too. What else could be the problem? Dunleavy has been the coach for how many years now and has done what so far? If you guys hire a better coach i bet you guys make the playoffs, maybe Hubie Brown? If not him then someone else but you guys need a change too spark your team

It's obvious that we need a change. Everyone on this board is pretty much in agreement that we'd all like to see Dunleavy go. Since he's the GM now I think it would be Sterling's call for him to be fired or step down as head coach. Dunleavy either needs to go or let our players play because his system really doesn't work with the players we have.

Dunleavy's presence here has been productive from an organizational standpoint. He's been able to get Sterling to open up his wallet on players and also finally got him to build this team its own practice facility. We've also had its best season while in Los Angeles. Although, a healthy Sam Cassell is hugely responsible for that. Sammy also helped his teammates play some of the best ball of their careers.

From a coaching standpoint, we have had worse coaches, but I think that we can do much better. He's not reaching these guys. We need someone that the players can respond to positively. Even during more prosperous seasons, he's given us all a fair share of headaches with his coaching habits. I would definitely be open to seeing him retain the GM duties and allow for a more productive coach to come on board. There is too much talent on this team to be sucking as bad as we have. Over the summer he said he gets it, and I think he does. He's just not been able to give it.

How about Thibodeau since we can't play a lick of defense? A defensive coach surely would let the players open up on offense...

Hey, about 30 more straight losses and I'm guessing we'll have our new coach! Something to look forward to.

sad......but true. One bright spot for this season is maybe no more head coach Dumb Sr. I'm definitely looking forward to that.

How about hiring a GM first?
How about former Lakers asst. coach and former Heat GM, Mr. Randy Pfund?
Then let him handle the personal moves, one of which is a coaching change?
