Really, I just wanna see how many people actually vote for him to stay on.

I say give him more time. Its not his fault, its the players. He has a nice system if you have the right pieces, we just don't. My big complaint is that he needs to change his system to fit the team.

Dunleavy should not be our coach any more, a new voice might be better for out players.

I'm sorry, it's not his fault? Okay so you're saying he has a great system but we don't have the right pieces? Then whose fault is that? Every person on this team was handpicked by Dunleavy. Sorry, no excuses. If the players aren't giving enough effort or they don't fit into the system, it's Dunleavy's fault.

You have to be kidding when you say he has a nice system. The only system he had was built around Brand, and only that went so far that Cassell had to run the show to make it seem useful. Dunleavy has a great defensive mind, but that has yet to show up this season. Offensively, he struggles to draw up plays for our squad. Posting up Kaman and Mobley is predictable, considering they are the best of passers in the paint. Isolation plays of Thornton can only go so far. We need more movement on offense and I'm not just talking about fast breaks, but moving without the ball.

Dunleavy obviously isn't motivating anyone on the squad. Is our team even really a team? Everyone down plays Kaman as weird, Baron is doing his own LA thing, Camby is very content with himself since the trade, Mobley is old, Thornton -- who knows. These players are talented individuals but they need some of that ubuntu that Rivers is feeding to the C's.

I voted to give him some more time, though not because I think the team is going to turn it around. Since the season is virtually over in terms of making the playoffs, I want to give him more than enough rope around his neck so Sterling will fire him as both coach and GM at season's end.

Move Dun to full time GM, bring in a new coach.. I think it's our only hope.. Cuz these are the players that he selected, and they're not buying into his system..

I didn't vote, because I wouldn't feel right hoping for somebody to get fired. We do need a change though. He has nice ideas, but if it doesn't materialize, it doesn't matter. This team needs a coach that the players respect and that will optimize the team's talent. Dunleavy's has had his fair share of troubles with that over the years.

Correct all the way around. The system was great when we had a workhorse in Brand and a clutch shooter in Cassel, someone who can hit the 15-18 footer all day long and especially at the end of games. We were built for the slow-down, half-court, play defense and rebound, playoff style of basketball. Not so much anymore.

I assumed Baron was going to be like Sam, but instead he's just chucking up 25 foot 3 balls and not taking over games down the stretch. He shows flashes of greatness but mostly is a big disappointment.

Thornton's iso plays work great for the first quarter, then he runs out of gas and gets double-teamed and he's done.

Camby has been playing great lately, lots of energy on defense and the boards, but he isn't hitting that jumper like he's supposed to.

And who knows what's up with Kaman. I just wish he'd dunk the damn ball instead of all that euro finesse junk.

Other than that, the rest of the team is a bunch of role players at best.

I do think Dunleavy draws up nice plays, but we just don't execute. You're right about the lack of motivation though, big time.

At this point he has to change styles. His game plan doesn't fit the personnel.
