Hopefully he will "resign" his coaching duties and remain GM. It will most likely happen by the end of the season, that is, if it happens at all.

the bluest, i could not have said that any better, we need a new coach new system, not new players except maybe a swingman ;D

Most likely at the end of the season, but if things don't turn around by game 20 and we've seen no improvement at all. I'd cut him off there if I could.
