Any relation to Cat?

That was a nice interview. 2 things stuck out to me the most.

1.) He works hard to maintain physical and mental shape all year long. I wish I could say the same about some of his teammates.

2.) He looks learn from each of the vets for different qualities that they possess. The player that he mentioned by name was Camby. EJ is inspired by Camby's hard work and professionalism. That is a blessing to hear, because based on those 2 aspects, there is not a better example on the team. That's the type of players that we need to fill this team with. Others on the team are undisciplined and I'm glad that Gordon following a strong example.

*CoughZ-BoCough*

Sounds to me like EJ purely has a winner's mentality. I just hope we don't mess him up like we've done nearly every other lottery pick, meaning we don't trade him for Andre Miller, let him walk via free agency as a restricted FA, blow up his knee, or let him play for Germany.

I like that little shot at Indiana. People need to lower their expectations, and things will be more manageable. Kind of like what we've done after a few weeks into this season :-?

Thanks for posting this link --- it's an interesting read.
As mkw says, it's great that he's patterning his work ethic on Marcus Camby. We couldn't ask for any better than that.
