Magloire and Diawara are starting for them? I hadn't realized.
Gordon will have his hands full with Wade, but so will Magloire with Camby.
I hope the Clippers will have a good game here.

I won't be able to watch this one either :( Oh well, I hope Z-Bo returns and we make it a clean sweep against the Heat.

And did Miami ever re-sign Livingston? After he was traded and then released by Memphis, the last thing I heard was that Miami was looking to re-sign him. Not sure if they ever did, though.

Miami sent him to the Grizz about a month ago, according to this report from AP (apparently he hasn't played for Memphis):
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MIAMI - The Miami Heat traded guard Shaun Livingston and cash to the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday for a conditional 2012 second-round pick.

"It gives us some flexibility," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. Livingston, a once-dynamic point guard who signed with the Heat in October with hopes of resurrecting his career after a knee injury, was waived by the Grizzlies later Wednesday. He averaged 2.3 points and 10.3 minutes in four games this season for Miami and didn't appear in any of the Heat's last 13 games.

If he remained on Miami's roster after 7 p.m. Wednesday, his contract with the Heat would have been guaranteed for the remainder of the season - and because the Heat are flirting with the luxury-tax plateau, the team was seeking to make a move.

Livingston, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2004 draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, sustained a serious injury Feb. 26, 2007, tearing three knee ligaments and dislocating his kneecap in a gruesome scene. He sat out the entire 2007-08 season.

Hey JJ, are you without a television, or without cable, for long? This is really unfortunate --- you have always been very faithful about following the Clippers games. I'm sure we all appreciate having you as an active participant in game threads.

As far as Livingston goes I thought he was traded to the Grizz and then released, kinda like what we did with Hassan Adams.

I'm glad that Randolph might play tonight, that should really help us. I was disappointed with all the turn overs when I was in Washington. I hope this game goes better.

I thought I remembered something like that, too, but nba.com still has him listed as one of the players in the league. Maybe they are just a little behind on what's going on.

Yes, it pains me to be without my Clips! Usually I can count on one hand the number of televised games I miss per season...kinda sad, but true! I am without any television service (not even basic channels!) until at least Friday. When I moved back to school after intersession we had to re-order our service, and they're taking forever to install it. It's just The Man tryna keep a good Clippers fan down!

As with Livingston, it is certain that he was indeed released after being traded to Memphis. I hadn't heard about him re-signing anywhere, but since I'm living in the Stone Age sans TV, it's possible I may have missed something. After he was released I heard that Miami might re-sign him, but that's the last I heard.

So, potentially we are looking at a line up that has Camby, Randolph, and Baron entered back in. Hopefully they can do some damage on the road, especially after losing at Washington. You're not gonna go into Miami and half-ass it for 48 minutes and expect to pull out a W, so I hope the returning players hustle and play hard. I haven't seen a game since Camby & Diddy returned, so can't comment on their conditioning, but I hope they're getting up and down the floor efficiently.

With Randolph, this "conditioning" concept might take a little time.

I'm sure they know that Livi isn't with a team. He's listed as a player b/c he's a free agent right now.

Looks like we've been cooling down in the second part of this quarter

I have to listen to the Miami announcers, who are kind of the D-league of NBA commentators. But at least they are being generous on their comments about the Clippers.
They introduced Eric Gordon as a contender for Rookie of the Year, and have heaped compliments on Camby, and how well Zach is playing for his first game back.
Also, as we got our 5th turnover in the first quarter, they said that any team would have trouble finding their rhythm after all the injuries we've been through.
I thought we did pretty well in the first quarter --- too bad we've lost momentum in the second but it's not too far out of sight with another half to come.

We need to stop turning the ball over and defend the perimeter better.

Ten turnovers in the first half --- wait, nba.com says we got 11 turnovers in the first half.
It's not quite as bad as the last game, but we need to rein this in somehow.
Can't win when the other team is always scoring off our turnovers.

Turn overs is the reason why we lost our last game. We can't be so sloppy with the ball.
