So the warriors have gotten rid of one of the two with bad contracts. SO what's your take on Maggette is he a guy that you would welcome back into your franchise. I'm still really hoping to get baron back to the Warriors. So whats your take?

No, no, no. The last thing we need with a #1 pick coming in is a player who ballhogs, and plays no defense on top of that. He had a bad relationship with Dumbleavy anyways, so I can't see it happening. I'd rather have BD than Maggs on my team.

I did like Maggette when he was here but he doesn't need to come back. I have no idea why there was a team that game him a $10 million contract. He and Dunleavy had their differences so he doesn't need to come back.

I wouldn't with that contract. Plus having 2 SFs that only focus on scoring and do nothing else doesn't sit well with me. :sour:

Maggette doesn't fits next to Gordon and Griffin at all.
He's also way overpaid and i'd rather take another shot at a season with Baron Davis, instead of trading for Maggette.

No, don't want him back and I think the feeling is mutual. I don't think Maggette will want to play for the Clippers again.

I would welcome him back easily. He draws fouls, that's a big part of the game, foul trouble and getting the other team into the foul penalty early. Corey isn't the best player around but Baron does not help us and I don't care won't anyone says, Al Thornton is a 6th man at best, he can score at will but that's it. So have him come off the bench since he can play 3 and 4. My ideal situation is trading Baron Davis for Corey Maggette and Chris Kaman for Kirk Hinrich. Then I think we're set, making the playoffs next year is highly unlikely but getting at least 42 wins is reasonable. I don't mind Corey, he knows the system, he's older and I think he would welcome the return home. I know he wasn't enjoying himself last year, but he did enjoy the money. :P

I wouldn't trade him for Baron, but I would trade him for Al Thornton. ;)

I'd welcome him back for those trades, but the W's won't do it now that they drafted Curry. Dunleavy's ego would also get in the way of some of these trades that probably could help improve the team chemistry.
