Baron's latop stolen & threatens to sue if photos leak

Baron Davis' laptop was stolen and he would really like it back. But just to be safe, his lawyer is preemptively threatening to sue the ass off anyone who publishes the personal photos and videos that might be on it.
The laptop allegedly contains photos and videos that "depict, among other things, a variety of private images of our client, his associates and his colleagues." Colleagues, that's cute. Who knows what the images actually contain, but his lawyers obviously know something we don't because they've already approached a certain website that they suspect might be interested in that type of thing. (No, not us. How disappointing.) They sent a letter to The Smoking Gun, warning them that if they buy or publish any Baron Davis contraband they will be in BIG trouble.

This is exactly what we don't need distractions over the season. Please just don't let it be anything homosexual or sexaul with a underage minor.

That is my concern as well. Baron finally seems to be focused, and then this happens. We don't need something that is going to take his mind off of the team and out of the game, nor do we need something that could be controversial or cause drama. Like you said, the team doesn't need distractions.

No problem with Sex tape (please be with a woman) or photo (if solo or with women again) just nothing above and beyond strange.

But seriously, I hope nothing happens here, because I think this year Baron might be motivated. If something negative were to happen to him even before the season starts, I think we're going to be in for another long season.

dude what if he has nude pics of Jessica Alba? Isn't baron hella close to Cash Warren and Alba? I remember her showing up to GSW playoff that one year...you guys dont want to see that? hahaha

this is possibly a HUGE season distraction. it could have so many things on there of him or other nba players . so this could be like a league wide issue.. lets pray its nothing but pony's and monkeys.
