Projected Starting Lineups:




PF - Craig Smith


SF - Al Thornton


C - Chris Kaman


SG - Eric Gordon


PG - Baron Davis


Bench: Rasual Butler, Ricky Davis, Mardy Collins, DeAndre Jordan

Injured: Blake Griffin(bruised knee), Sebastian Telfair(rolled ankle), Marcus Camby(left knee). All are day-to-day.

Keys to victory: Keep up with GSW as much as possible. Baron needs to attack at every opportunity. Gordon needs to use his size to take advantage of Curry, as does Kaman with Biedrins. Utilize Butler and R. Davis for outside shooting.







PF - Anthony Randolph


SF - Stephen Jackson

PG - Monta Ellis


Bench: Corey Maggette, Anthony Morrow, Kelenna Azubuike, Ronny Turiaf

Injured: Brendan Wright (shoulder)

Keys to victory: Run the Clippers out of the Arena. Randolph needs to take advantage of having no Camby or Griffin in the lineup and take it to Smith and Jordan.

I hope that the Warriors will televise this game, if not I'll have to try and find it on radio

Never mind, just figured it out myself.

Hope Gordon and Kaman come off with a good start. We need both of them to do well in order to stick int he playoff hunt.

Just a projected lineup. I don't think DJ will start over Smith. And Morrow might start over Curry.

Hopefully we get off to a good start, i didnt think Smith would start but i guess itd be him or DJ so probably Smith

I started to make this earlier, but had to leave. Props for putting it up Illastrate.

The Warriors are always hard to figure out because a guy you think could be starting at guard could end up at power forward. It just depends. I wish Telfair and Blake were playing, but I guess I'm not too upset since we don't get to see it. Hopefully Blake is ready for contact by Wednesday and can play on Friday.

This game gives the guys opportunities to see where they are. With Camby & Blake out, Jordan and Smith are going to get extended minutes. The team as a whole gets to try out their uptempo game against the most uptempo team in the league. EJ should be able to test his post game against the smaller Warrior Guards.

It sucks not being able to see them play, but I'm just glad that basketball is back.

Completely agree mkwest. Im liking that even though some players are injured, the other players like you mentioned that dont usually get many minutes will get extended minutes, and we can see how they go

Just a big fat reminder that this game means nothing. Last year we hammered the Lakers and we all know how the season went.

Most of us are excited cause it fulfills our hot Clipper action fetish. The ending result is meaningless, but if I can see...or hear.. our team playing well with one another and not jack up random shots it'll make me a bit happy.

Aww, game threads! Good to see these things again. I'm excited for things to get rolling, but I'll probably just check out the box score after the game. There won't be a stream, because the game isn't televised up north either.

And thanks to Hooch for bringing that up... lol I was so excited for that team after they beat the lakers last preseason...and then...yeah. Good point.

^ I think NBA.com will show highlights when the game's over. That's probably the only capacity in which the game will be filmed.

It's not the fact that this game means squat that's important for us, it's the fact that we get to see the new Clipper chemistry out there on the court...even without BG.

You can't stream the game online (tlaking about radio) since they are talking about some me Q10 crap. Thornton has hit a trey and grabbed 3 boards in just over 4 minutes. Decent start

Gordon out and Ricky in. EJ picked up his 2nd foul just after the 4 minute mark.
