I'm gonna miss this one too Fishy-- err, Panda... ;) I am rather devastated about it, but hopefully there will be some good SportsCenter highlights waiting for me.

And real sharp lookin' thread, MK. Coming into the season in mid-season form, I see!

Nice GT. Well this is the only time I don't pull for the Clips, good luck on all your other games, not a Clipper hater.

Nothing can make the year better than a win on opening night. If we win I will jump in my cold and dirty pool as soon as the game is over!

This.

And i also believe that Dunleavy already decleared Camby a starter, before the pre-season started.

Still, beat the Fakers!

I've been waiting for this game since the schedule was announced, I don't want a repeat of what happened last year
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Good game thread mk. As for the matchup. I hope the Clips can make a good game out of it. A first win here ould be a good momentum start. If they happen to lose go down fighting hard.

Good luck Clips.

I don't hate the Clippers either. The Lakers are another story altogether though  I am not sure if the Lakers will have Gasol or not. Bynum was quoted as saying that he will give it a go, but he didn't play in the final 2 preseason games against the Nuggets, so he might be a little rusty and pick up some lazy reach fouls if his conditioning isn't there yet. I would go right at him early and often to find out if he is in game shape or not.

Good Luck Clipper fans kick their butts.

I hear Gasol isn't going to play tomorrow, and Blake and Baron are game-time decisions. I'm pretty sure that both of our Clipps will play tomorrow. The question is how effective will they be? It kinda sucks to hear the news right before the big season-opener. Regardless I'm still looking forward to finally get the season underway. 8-)
