Has Ralph said anything about the trade? I have Portland announcers.

26-20 through the first 12 minutes of basketball. Hughes doesn't plan on playing DJ & Kaman at the same time, so Jordan isn't much of a beneficiary of the trade.

They interviewed Camby, Kaman, Thornton, and Hughes about it. The players clearly weren't happy with it, Thorton even called it "devastating." Hughes, of course, was PC and defended the GM's move. Ralph and Mike didn't offer any opinions on the deal, just stated the facts. They did mention, however, how strange it was to see Camby sitting behind the Blazers bench, and to be honest, they sounded a bit sad about it!

They've pretty much gave the details that we already have, although I don't recall them bringing up Ricky Davis. They said that Camby mentioned to Portland media that he thought he played hard and gave it his all, but apparently not everyone agreed. They said that it may feel that way to him, but that it is totally not true. They had some of the players speak on the trade before the game (Thornton, Kaman, Hughes and possibly others).

Dunleavy is supposed to call in soon and Steve Blake is going to call in during the 3rd quarter. He is at home packing right now.

Are you guys listening Dunleavy??
Ralph asked him that a lot of fans were cynical about the trade that it was all about money and he responded saying that he wanted to get a good backup PG and a PF and they were trying to make the team better.

Seeing Camby watching the game behind Portland bench like that breaks my heart.

Dunleavy is in right now. Ralph said that Bloggers and writers have said the move was all about the money, and he says "absolutely not" and proceeds to justify the trade. Bird rights, versatility, game winning shots, blah blah blah.

In all of the meetings this year, the players have still not learned that you can't leave Webster open behind the 3 point line. :nonono:

Baron in particular looks completely frustrated and disinterested. This trade is gonna kill all chemistry. Agreed with the look on Camby's face behind the bench being heart breaking to see. He is currently saying he is very happy to be playing for Portland but doesn't seem to be genuine.

I hate the amount of Dunks Howard gets on us. His name is Juwan not Dwight.

I'm really sad to see Camby on the other side, it really breaks my heart. Baron Davis doesn't look at all that serious anymore. I just hope they at least be competitive to watch :(
