After falling to the middle of Rd 2, the Bucs weren't going to continue to let him fall. They selected him with the 51st pick. Last yr's draft the Bucs took two DT's in 1st and 2nd rds respectively and took two DE's in this yrs draft in 1st and 2nd rds respectively.

If Bowers can get that knee healthy, the Bucs could have a solid D Line in a few seasons.

I like the path taken here....and in the recent past.

It's a smart and savvy way to build a consistent winner.

A great D-line makes an entire TEAM better.
