Bucs haven't done much in FA, they still have money. Why not keep Caddy around, he won't be expensive and is well liked by his teammates. Morris and Dominik continue to kick Bucs vets to the curb, Brooks, Dunn, Galloway, Ruud and now Caddy. SMH

JMO, but they probably think Williams is living on borrowed time as a player.
