As long as Freeman stays healthy it doesn't matter who the backup QB is

I think Dan can serve as the backup nicely and now there won't be any of those wildcat plays (Josh Johnson), although those might have gone with Olsen. Dan can be put in a game or two if Freeman got hurt and I think that this team would be able to do pretty well.
