After signing Tynes, he got injured in camp and has not practiced with the team since his first week with the team. K Derek Dimke was added to compete with Tynes, Dimke has been performing all the kicking duties, and Coach Schiano says his leg seems to be getting tired.
So yesterday the Bucs signed FA K Rian Lindell, who was just cut by the Bills.

Ugh.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

Turns out Tynes didn't get injured, he and G Carl Nicks are battling MRSA. The Bucs had their training facility treated twice. Tynes was released when the Bucs cut their roster to 53, along with K Derek Dimke who handled all of the kicking duties in camp and preseason. The Bucs will go with Kicker Rian Lindell who they signed over a week ago.

Tynes is taking legal action against the Bucs.
