Post#1 » by Nemesis21 » Tue Mar 18, 2014 5:09 am

The second pick that the Bucs sent to the Jets in Revis trade is now a 4th rd pick. So a 1st and 4th for Revis. Bucs have a 3rd pick in this draft.

Texans) QB Blake Bortles
Rams) OT Greg Robinson
Jaguars) DE Jadeveon Clowney
Browns) QB Johnny Manziel
Raiders) WR Sammy Watkins
Falcons) OLB Khalil Mack

Rd 1) QB Teddy Bridgewater
Rd 2) WR Davante Adams
Rd 3) LG Gabe Jackson
Rd 5) TE Xavier Grimble
Rd 7) DE Ben Gardner

1.) I don't see the Browns taking Jonny football
2.) Tampa WON'T be taking Bridgewater at 7 either ( IMO ) Bridgewater is taken 3rd by J-Ville

And now onto my bucs mock...

1.) Jake Matthews OT
2.) Ryan Shazier LB
3.) A.J. McCarron QB
5.) Anthony Steen G
7.) Joe Don Duncan TE

Rd 1) WR Mike Evans
Rd 2) QB Jimmy Garoppolo
Rd 3) LG Gabe Jackson (Reminds me of Carl Nicks)
Rd 5) ILB Shayne Skov ( Mason Foster moves to Strongside LB)
Rd 7) DT Ricky Havili-Heimuli

I hope that Tampa Bay does not take McCarron. I don't see how he is any better than Glennon.

1) Teddy Bridgewater
2)Jarvis Landry
3) Gabe Jackson
5) Anthony Steen
7) Not really sure

Bucs need to add some depth at the guard position.
I'm really hoping one of the top 3 qbs falls, best case would be if Bridgewater fell but fine with the other 2.
The Bucs desperately need WR depth especially with the Mike Williams situation.

I think it's safe to say, the Bucs picks in rounds 1-3 will be offensive guys. QB, WR, G are big needs.

I don't think we need a QB, I think Glennon can and will win the starting job, it never hurts to have a VET back up. I think keeping my same draft, change out the qb in the 3rd for G Gabe Jackson. But the rest of my draft I'll keep!!!!!!!!!!

Glennon is not the future QB, hence why Smith and Licht signed McCown. McCown will start this season.

The Bucs do need a QB, I just don't think there will an available QB when they draft. Possibly Carr will be ther, but the Bucs need more than that right now.

O'line is in big need right now.

Garropolo could be a nice project in round two.

He has all of the tools, just not the d1 pedigree.

Tevin Reese could be explosive at the next level, although he did not impress in the Fiesta bowl.

WR, QB and OL our still our biggest needs after all the FA additions. Adding Evans and Reese would be huge additions to our WR core of VJax, Louis Murphy and................. ?? Garopplo is a good pick in Rd 2, I'd take him over Manziel, Bridgewater(had a really bad Pro Day), McCarron and Mettenberger. Gabe Jackson who I have the Bucs taking in Rd 3, reminds me of a healthy Carl Nicks, also provides insurance in case Nicks can't play.
