Hire former Bucs OL Todd Washington(Ravens O Line coach) as OL coach, hire Rich Bisaccia(former Bucs ST coach and current Cowboys ST coach) as ST coach. Pay whatever to get Bisaccia.

Trade QB Mike Glennon to the Buffalo Bills for a 3rd rd pick in 2015(81st overall).
Trade RB Doug Martin to the Minnesota Vikings for a 4th rd pick in 2015(108 overall)
Bucs gave up their 2015 4th rd pick in the Logan Mankins trade, and acquired the Rams 2015 4th & 6th rd picks in the Mark Barron trade.

Release or FA who won't return OL Garrett Gilkey, OL Oneil Cousins,OL Patrick Omameh, FB Jorvorskie Lane, LB Mason Foster DL Da'Quan Bowers, LB Dane Fletcher, LB Brandon Magee, S Keith Tandy. I think the Bucs will re-sign Stocker, Lansanah, Leonard Johnson, Rainey, M Wright, McDougald and Patton.

Sign FA's, DE Jason Pierre-Paul(5 yrs/$50 mill), RG Davin Joseph(2 yrs/$10 mill), FB Henry Hynoski, LBs Rey Maualuga(3 yrs/$18 mill), Geno Hayes and Bruce Carter, DT Roy Miller. The Bucs are going to have a lot of $$$ for FA again.

Well Winston is coming out.

Two arms, two legs, a head attached with a partial brain ..... but great football skills.

How all of his combinations add up will be interesting to see.

Personally, my gut feeling is not positive on him. But if the Bucs decide to take a QB, he should be the pick.
