This was a weird situation when it happened, when Williams was pulled over for going 12 mph over the speed limit, he was asked to do field sobriety tests. He passed them and was still arrested. (Doesn't make sense, his blood alcohol level was 0.065 well below legal limit of 0.08) Williams gave a urine sample while at police station, that test game back clean.
