John Clayton wonder why Bucs still aren't spending...

Bucs have signed a hand full of their own FA's, only pickup in FA is punter Michael Koenen. Everybody in our division is signing FA's and making trades to get better. Falcons picked up DE Ray Edwards, pair him with Abraham, and they'll be giving OT's trouble all day. Panthers still are way behind in the QB position compared to the QBs the our teams in the division have, but they went out and traded for TE Greg Olsen, re-signed DeAngelo Williams.
I personally would have liked to see the Bucs not re-sign Trueblood, and get one of the FA RT's that are/were available.

I'm not that worried about it yet.

What we don't know is who their targets still are......

It's bargain shopping time now.

Worried yet??

One guy I HOPE they at least look at as a possible back-up RB since they let Caddy walk.....to StL, although I don't blame them, is former UCF & Detroit Lions RB Kevin Smith, he's only 24 so he fits the youth movement, he is a tough SOB and great in space and out of the backfield & I think a homecoming would be great for Kevin Smith (from Miami as well) and no doubt that he would come pretty cheap

I am going to emphasize the word "yet".......lol

I would love to see Smith in Tampa, but I wonder how much he's lost physically. Smith is a terrific blocker and receiver......so if healthy might be a nice fit as a 3rd down back.

And cheap.

But I think Noel Devine might be worth a look just because his speed.
