Hire a new OC and hire a DC in the offseason...

It is clear Greg Olsen is not getting it done, and doesn't have enough experience. After a 10 win season last yr(some call it a fluke), this team currently sits at 4 wins and has lost 6 of it's last 7 games, including 5 straight.
It may be a pipe dream, but I think the Bucs should hire Packers QB Coach Tom Clements. He doesn't call GB's plays but he has worked well and taught both Rodgers and Flynn. I think he could do wonders with Freeman. This team has weapons, Williams, Benn, Winslow, Briscoe and Blount. And a speedy rb and WR to the offense and you have a good one.
As far as a DC, I think Morris has too much on his plate and needs to focus on being the HC. For candidates, I like Jack Del Rio and Mike Stoops.
