Bucs bring back Jordan Shipley, Tiquan Underwood and sign Chris Owusu. To make room for these 3 the Bucs released WR Preston Parker, OG Derek Hardman and placed WR Sammie Stroughter on IR.

So do I. The coaching staff is being strict on fumbles. Parker was cut for fumbles with punts. Shipley fumbled a punt vs the Cowboys, gets released.
